About Us
Hey, I’m Michelle - CEO at Yoke Global Ltd, mum to three, nan to one, and a business owner who’s built success without the 5am grind. I’m passionate about this community for mothers in the C-suite and business owners who are done with the guilt, the unrealistic expectations, and the pressure to do it all. I want to inspire my daughters, and every woman, to chase their goals unapologetically, live authentically, and build a life that works for them, not the other way around.
Hi I’m Shaunagh - Chief Operations Officer at Yoke Global Ltd, mum to Freddie, and someone who knows firsthand how tough it is to balance a high-pressure job with being present for the people who matter most. I wanted to create this space because I needed it myself - a place to share the real, unfiltered conversations about success, balance, and the challenges we all face. As a C-suite exec under 30, my journey has often felt lonely, and I want to build a community where women can meet their people, to connect, learn, and truly support each other. I'm also Michelle's daughter!
